1st Regional APUCEN Council meeting

The 1st APUCEN Council meeting was held on 6 - 7 October 2011 at Vistana Hotel, Penang. The meeting was chaired by the President of APUCEN, Y.Bhg. Prof. Dato’ Omar Osman, and attended by nine representatives from the Asia-Pacific institutions. In the meeting, the revised version of Executive Summary, Guiding Principles and UCEF Policy were amended and confirmed; role and responsibilities of the Task Force I – IV were outlined, the resolution of APUCEN Summit 2011 was discussed and confirmed, finally a preliminary discussion on the national and regional community engagement projects.
